How it works

There is a store for customers and a Bot for the merchant.

The customer uses the Bijnes.app store. The merchant continues speaking to the customer directly. BijnesBot helps the merchant manage the work on WhatsApp.

The two parts of the service

Simple for the customer. Simple for the merchant.

Bijnes.app store

What the customer uses

The store is made for one merchant and carries that merchant’s name, catalog, prices and payment details.

  • Browse products
  • Check delivery
  • Place an order
  • Track the shipment

BijnesBot on WhatsApp

What the merchant uses

The merchant sends normal messages, photos and voice notes. The Bot turns those instructions into store and order work.

  • Add or change products
  • Check stock and open orders
  • Arrange delivery
  • Find anything that needs attention

From setup to delivery

What happens, step by step.

1Merchant + Bot

The merchant sends the catalog

Send up to four product photos with names, prices and stock in the captions, a numbered text list, or a voice note describing those photos. BijnesBot prepares a numbered review before saving anything.

ResultA first store draft is ready for the merchant to check.
2Merchant

The merchant reviews and shares the store

The merchant checks the products, prices and shop details. After approval, the same store link can be shared on Google, Instagram or WhatsApp.

ResultCustomers have one current catalog instead of old photos across many chats.
3Customer

The customer places an order

The customer selects products, enters the delivery PIN code and sees the available courier rate. They can pay online or continue the conversation with the merchant.

ResultThe merchant receives one order with the product, quantity, customer and delivery details together.
4Merchant + Bot

The merchant confirms what should happen

The merchant remains responsible for the customer conversation and payment confirmation. BijnesBot shows what is waiting and helps prepare the next step.

ResultThe order does not move to delivery until the merchant confirms it.
5Shiprocket + Bot

The courier is booked and tracked

Shiprocket provides the rate, booking and shipment status. BijnesBot brings that information back to the merchant and flags a delivery problem if one appears.

ResultThe merchant can see the courier charge and current shipment status for the order.
The customer never has to talk to a Bot.

The customer deals with the merchant and uses the store. BijnesBot works in the background for the merchant, using information from the store and service providers.
