A simple, public record of the improvements we make for merchants and their customers.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.24.2
Sending an order keeps the shop open. WhatsApp opens in its own tab with your order ready to send; close it when you are done and the shop is still where you left it, on your order page.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.24.0
Choose the photo that represents each product. Show a photo on the store, make it the main one, or take it off. Photos you remove stay in your library.
Correct a SKU, add an option. Fix a mistyped code, or add a colour or size to a product you already sell, from the console or the phone.
Archive what you no longer sell. Archived products and options leave the store at once and come back as drafts when you restore them.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.23.0
Order first, sort out delivery on WhatsApp. The cart has a second way to order. Give your name and mobile, and WhatsApp opens with your order ready to send to the shop, which confirms availability, delivery and payment with you there.
The delivery check is optional. Check delivery options still shows the courier or Quick price for your PIN before you order. If the check cannot be completed, you can send the order to the shop instead of trying again.
Shops without delivery set up can take orders. A shop that has not set up courier delivery offers the WhatsApp path only, so you can still place an order and arrange delivery in the chat.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.22.0
Shops can look like themselves. A storefront can now carry the shop's own colours, typography and logo, so it feels like the business you already know instead of a template.
Read the story behind a shop. Shops can add their own pages — who they are, how they make what they sell, how a service works — and link them from the storefront.
Headstreams has opened a shop. Handcrafted ceramics and terracotta from Bengaluru, made by young women learning a livelihood at the Headstreams Skill Development Centres. Every purchase supports the programme.
Clearer answers when delivery cannot be booked. When a courier check fails, the shop now gets a plain reason — an unserviceable pincode, a missing detail, no courier available — instead of a technical message.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.21.0
Send your order to the shop. Checkout now ends with one tap that opens the shop's WhatsApp with your order. The shop confirms it and takes payment there, the way you already pay small businesses.
Shops get a helper for every order. BijnesBot tells the shop when your order arrives, records payment when they confirm it, books the courier when they are ready, and prepares your tracking message for them to send you.
Track from the same link. Your private order page shows sent, paid, packed and shipped with the courier's tracking number as the shop moves your order along.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.20.0
Our merchant Android pilot is ready. We have prepared an internal pilot that brings Today, orders, catalog, delivery, notifications and store settings into one focused mobile experience. It is not yet generally available.
Start with what needs your attention. In the pilot, Today brings together payment checks, orders to pack and delivery updates so a merchant can begin with the work that matters most.
Move through everyday work more quickly. Today, Orders and Catalog are prepared after sign-in, recent information stays visible while it refreshes, and repeated requests are reduced when moving between sections.
One clearer Bijnes.app experience. The public site, merchant console, storefronts and Android pilot now share the same typography, colours, controls and status patterns.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.19.0
A proper cart for every store. Customers can add different products to one cart, change quantities, remove items and review the complete order before entering delivery details.
One delivery price for the complete order. Bijnes.app gets one live Shiprocket price for the full cart and clearly shows the product subtotal, delivery charge and final amount.
Correct product details more easily. Merchants can fix common catalog details such as the product name, category, price, selling unit, description, care notes, lead time and availability.
Safer checks before every order. The store checks the latest price and availability of every item before accepting the order. The merchant receives one order containing all products, and cancelling an unpaid order releases its reserved stock.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.18.1
Find and confirm your delivery address. Customers can now search for an address, use a saved address or enter it manually. If the address PIN differs from the PIN already checked, Bijnes.app asks them to review it before continuing.
A clearer pin for Quick delivery. Quick delivery asks the customer to confirm the rider entrance on the map before checking the live delivery price.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.17.1
Your product photos stay visible. Store and product pages now load catalog photos reliably across Bijnes.app storefronts.
Your stock stays under your control. Products you mark as available remain available until you change them. Bijnes.app will not ask customers to wait simply because time has passed.
Stronger checks before every release. Release checks now open a real product, verify its photo and confirm that merchant-managed stock is displayed correctly.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.17.0
See whether people are finding your store. Bijnes.app now reads verified Google Search Console data and records important storefront activity, helping us understand what is working and where a store needs attention.
Analytics without collecting customer details. Store measurement uses anonymous sessions and does not record customer names, phone numbers, addresses, WhatsApp messages, payment details or session replays.
Keep checkout payments separate from your shop phone. A verified UPI ID and payee can now be set for checkout without changing the merchant’s login, BijnesBot or WhatsApp number. It can also be switched safely back to phone-based payment.
Safer connections behind the scenes. Search Console now uses short-lived access instead of a stored Google private key. Storefront tracking and business information also work correctly across merchant links.
More reliable payments and delivery. Delivery estimates are now easier to understand, and payment and pickup-location controls are more reliable for merchants and platform administrators.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.16.0
Two simple ways to complete an order. A customer can pay by UPI in the store or send the complete order directly to the merchant on WhatsApp. BijnesBot stays out of the customer chat and helps the merchant keep the order moving.
Order numbers merchants can recognize. New orders use the customer’s first name, full phone number and order count, making them easier to match with WhatsApp conversations and payments.
Set up payments from a UPI QR code. A merchant can send their UPI QR code to BijnesBot. The bot reads the payment details, asks the merchant to confirm them, and uses only confirmed details in the store.
Clearer information about Bijnes.app. New How It Works, The Bot and Pricing pages explain how the store, merchant, customer, BijnesBot and shipping providers work together.
Safer order coordination behind the scenes. The platform records when a WhatsApp handoff is opened without claiming the message was sent, and customer payment claims remain unverified until the merchant confirms receipt.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.15.1
Start shipping as soon as your store is ready. After you confirm your shop address, Bijnes.app connects a separate Shiprocket pickup for your store and turns on eligible Quick delivery nearby and courier delivery across India.
₹300 to test your first deliveries. Every merchant now starts with ₹300 of pilot shipping credit. Courier charges use this credit first, and automatic shipping pauses safely when the available amount runs out.
Clearer delivery setup. The Settings page now shows whether Shiprocket delivery is being connected, is ready, or needs attention, including the pickup linked to your store.
Shipping setup is checked end to end. Our release checks now create and verify merchant-specific pickups across complete merchant journeys before a change can reach production.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.15.0
Simple plans and clear shipping costs. Choose the ₹200 Starter plan or ₹500 Business plan. Shipping is charged separately at the Shiprocket rate, without a Bijnes.app markup.
See your store’s money in one place. Merchants can now see their plan, shipping wallet, approved credit, recent shipping charges, and the payment and delivery-cost breakdown for each order.
Safer automatic shipping. Bijnes.app reserves the shipping amount before booking with Shiprocket. If the wallet and approved credit are insufficient, automatic booking pauses while the order remains safe.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.14.2
A clearer, simpler Bijnes.app home page. The home page now presents one connected journey from being found online through orders and delivery, while making the roles of your store and BijnesBot easier to understand.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.14.1
Delivery prices now come directly from Shiprocket. Customers enter their delivery PIN at checkout and see the current Shiprocket charge before placing the order. Quick is used for eligible nearby orders, and courier delivery for other locations.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.14.0
Bijnes.app is now our primary home. The public website, merchant console and store links now use the shorter Bijnes.app address. Old website links automatically take visitors to the right new address.
One secure place to manage your store. Merchants and platform administrators can now sign in at console.bijnes.app. Store setup, approvals and everyday management remain connected after the move.
Shorter links across the complete platform. Merchant stores, BijnesBot, onboarding and delivery workflows now use the Bijnes.app domain family while existing integrations remain available during the transition.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.13.0
See how your store and BijnesBot work together. The new Bijnes.app home page shows how BijnesBot builds a customized store from catalog photos or voice notes, then helps the merchant handle enquiries, orders and delivery while the merchant stays in control.
A clearer BijnesBot demonstration. The new mobile film moves more slowly, uses larger result panels and shows what BijnesBot did at each step without taking over the customer conversation.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.12.0
Meet Bijnes.app + Bot. The new Bijnes.app page uses a short mobile video to show how BijnesBot helps with customer enquiries, orders and delivery while the merchant stays in control.
Quick delivery for eligible local orders. Merchants can check a live Shiprocket Quick delivery price and confirm it before the customer pays.
More realistic checks before every release. Our automated checks now follow complete merchant journeys from the first enquiry to delivery, including unanswered leads, delayed shipments and unavailable services. This helps us catch problems before they reach a live store.
A shorter address for your store. Merchant stores can now use a simple bijnes.app link that is easier to say, share and remember.
Better memory, with the merchant in control. The platform can now keep structured track of open enquiries, order details, follow-ups and delivery issues. These records do not give BijnesBot permission to message a customer on its own.
Clearer handling when another service fails. Google Places and Shiprocket results now stay explicit when they are unavailable or unclear, instead of the system filling in missing details.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.11.1
Simple English across the home page. The public home page now uses clear English so merchants across India can understand it easily.
A simpler WhatsApp signup message. The BijnesBot signup link now opens WhatsApp with a clear English message.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.11.0
Featured stores on the home page. Visitors can now discover selected MeraBijnes merchants directly from the main landing page.
The latest updates at a glance. The home page now shows the newest merchant-facing improvements with a link to the complete public release history.
Bijnes.app + Bot v0.10.0
A more personal storefront. Shop owners can now choose the headline and welcome message shown to their customers.
Faster local delivery. Merchants can add a confirmed rush-delivery price to local orders before the customer pays.
Supervised BijnesBot learning. Selected participating merchants can let BijnesBot privately observe redacted customer enquiries and prepare unsent drafts for comparison; the merchant continues to receive and answer every message.
Public product updates. Every storefront now links to this simple history of what changed.
