# Bijnes.app + Bot

> Bijnes.app gives an independent merchant a customized online store. BijnesBot helps the merchant build and manage it through WhatsApp.

The product supports one connected merchant journey:

1. Bring customers from Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, shared links, and other digital channels to the merchant's own Bijnes.app storefront.
2. Keep enquiry, product, price, and customer context together so the merchant can follow up and confirm an order.
3. Manage shipping, tracking updates, and post-order customer service without losing context.

BijnesBot is the merchant's private business partner on WhatsApp. It helps create the store, remembers open work, prepares updates, and asks for approval before consequential actions. It does not replace the merchant in customer conversations.
